I have a single workspace that is having issues with the "Usage Metrics Report". I initial had an old version of the UMR in the workspace, but when I opened it the report was blank and the message at the bottom said no data/out of date and no way to refresh. I tried to delete the UMR under the Workspace settings > System storage section but after clicking the trash icon, the action just seemed to sit there greyed out and doing nothing. I eventually deleted the UMR via the REST API. Now when I click on the report and select "View usage metric report", it briefly flashes up "loading usage report" at the top of the screen before vanishing. When viewing the reports in the workspace via the Workspace settings > System storage option or the REST API, I can see nothing has been generated.
I also went to submit a ticket with MS but apparently I can't anymore unless I have a Fabric subription (which I don't)!!!!
